I feel like the httyd books fandom doesn't acknowledge the fact that Fishlegs was raised by a dragon nearly enough... I personally think about it a LOT. I wonder where she is now...

A redraw I did last year featuring my postcanon Fishlegs & Horrorcow designs :-] I imagine them both being a lot calmer going into adulthood (& whatever Horrorcow's age equivalent to that is I guess LOL). Fishlegs has been hanging out with Thuggory more, hence the tattoos...

Cressida does a typo in "How To Speak Dragonese" (I think it was that one) where Horrorcow speaks Norse. This is, of course, a typo, because otherwise Fishlegs would probably be like "You could speak Norse the whole time?" However, it would be hilarious if she could speak Norse and just didn't bother to because she didn't see a reason to make a big deal out of it.
