Hmmmm....

Two giant beings who tower over other residents: Both are massively taller than everyone else in their worlds. White Diamond dwarfs the other Diamonds and Gems; Tenna is over twice Susie's height (and shrinks when insecure, adding emotional depth).

Extreme white light motifs: White Diamond embodies pure white radiance, with blinding light powers and a flawless, glowing aesthetic. Tenna, as a CRT TV Darkner, ties into bright screens/static/white glows (old TVs often flash white), and fan theories pre-Chapter 3 even speculated "white" themes for him.

Extremely terrible bosses to underlings, yet earn respect in the end: White is controlling and dismissive (mind-controlling her court), but reforms and gains genuine respect. Tenna rules the TV World harshly, forcing entertainment/shows on subjects like the Addisons, but his charisma and vulnerability lead to loyalty/redemption arcs.

Extremely childish motives: White's perfectionism stems from deep insecurity and a tantrum-like refusal to accept flaws. Tenna's drive for constant attention/entertainment comes from abandonment issues (as an old family TV), making him petulant and ego-driven.

Rather different art style from the rest of the cast: White shifts to a unique, starry/background-like render initially. Tenna is fully pre-rendered 3D in a 2D pixel game, standing out dramatically with flashy, animated poses.

Extremely powerful, but power depends on motivation: White's abilities wane when her ego cracks. Tenna's size, strength, and showmanship fluctuate with his mood/confidence (shrinking when down).

Can be defeated by talking them down: Classic Toby Fox/Rebecca Sugar style—both bosses are ultimately pacified through empathy/dialogue, revealing their insecurities rather than pure combat.

Very bombastic: White's dramatic speeches and flair; Tenna's over-the-top game show host energy, complete with voiced lines and exaggerated animations.

It's kind of interesting how Steven Universe slowly built up the full picture of how miserable Gem society is over the course of pretty much the entire series. First it was established that the Gem society was miserable towards non-Gems/organics. Then it was established that is was miserable for those who chose to love or act outside of Gem's standards. Then it was established that it was miserable for lower class Gems. Then we find out that there are people who are just born "wrong" by Gem standards, and of course it's miserable for them too.

All of these come with the assumption that the people at the top are comfortable on the backs of all this misery. And then here we find out that even they aren't happy. ''Everyone'' in Gem society is miserable.

Even White is miserable. She copes by trying to make everything perfect, and deludes herself into thinking that perfection works. But everyone fails to live up to her standards so much that she hides herself away from society and never interacts with anyone, except to throw the occasioan control freak fit.
