MY BIRTHDAY MANTRA. 🎂🎈 Feeling the love this week on my 36th Birthday! Thank you everyone for the warm wishes.💛 . . I have been counting my lucky stars during this wonderful time in my life. I personally feel incredibly grateful for many reasons – good health, my loving family, an authentic circle of relationships and the opportunity to continue my life’s work, each and every day. 🙏🏻 . I go to bed every night & wake up in the morning, feeling humbled as I have the honour of reaching out to people, from all walks of life that inspire me to be a better version of myself, so I can continue to spend my time doing what I care deeply about. So thank you to everyone who has supported & trusted me on this journey, it truly means a lot. 🌟 . Aside from trying not to get emo when ticking the ‘35-40 yr section’ while I fill my medicals now, growing older isn’t so bad –I realise, I feel a new wisdom and have built the guts to be so unapologetically myself and that is truly empowering.👊🏻 .
