I'm starting the New Year by creating good habits, eating healthy, and writing in my gratitude journal. When I wake up in the morning, I'm giving myself extra time to perfect this practice, even if it means waking up earlier. I think it's essential to start the day with good intentions; each day is a fantastic gift, and how lucky are we to get to experience it. The thing I love most about the fall is layering. I took my favorite @hm summer staple knit crop and utilized it in my fall wardrobe. My trench is everything. I’ve switched out my skinny jeans for these @HM wider leg jeans and honestly loving them. I sized up in these they are very comfortable. These jeans are made from 97% cotton and 3% other fibers.  Wash clothes less frequently to reduce the creation and release of microfibers. When you do wash, consider using delicate setting with liquid laundry detergent in cold water. Welcome to my home and my everyday denim look. I love dressing up a lot of the time, but good old jeans and a plain white tee are one of my favorite everyday looks. This top is made from Cotton 97%, Elastane 3% and the denim is made from 100% cotton the pocket lining is polyester 65% and Cotton 35% both are part of the conscious collection. Since the top and denim does contain a elastane and polyester here are a few tips to help reduce microfiber shedding in the wash. Wash clothes less frequently to reduce the creation and release of microfibers. When you do wash, consider using a delicate setting with liquid laundry detergent in cold water.
