૮・ﻌ・ა• ⁃ Minsu wholeheartedly believes he is a monster. The primary reason he is so afraid of people and social interaction is that he doesn’t want to get close to someone and hurt them as his father did ૮・ﻌ・ა• ⁃ Is it winter? Don’t waste your resources; he’s your personal fireplace/heater ૮・ﻌ・ა• ⁃ Since he can’t express his emotions very well with words, he instead writes stories. It’s his favorite pastime, and if you can’t find him (and you know he isn’t hiding from others), he’s likely scribbling away ૮・ﻌ・ა• ⁃ The reason why he has fewer scars than his older twin Minjae is because, during the attack from their werewolf father, Minjae stepped in the way to protect the younger twin, taking the brunt of the assault. Minsu blames himself for Minjae’s injuries, wishing he had stepped up instead of cowering back ૮・ﻌ・ა• ⁃ When alert or angry, his pupils constrict, he gets jumpy, and he prepares to pounce. Gone is the composed exterior of his. When particularly furious, his eyes emit a green eye shine ૮・ﻌ・ა• ⁃ His love language is spending time with the person he likes in silence. When he gets closer to someone, he shows them his hiding places in the forest ૮・ﻌ・ა• ⁃ Don't ask him specifics about what he's writing, or he'll yap more than he has the entire month ૮・ﻌ・ა• ⁃ His poker face is the one thing saving his reputation, because he can be very pathetic when interacting with others. Sometimes, he'd either walk away or mumble unintelligibly (before internally cussing himself out for it) because he didn't know what to do or say. Instead, it comes off as though he's annoyed with or dislikes the person in front of him ૮・ﻌ・ა• ⁃ He adores running in the forest. If he invites you to one of his midnight runs, you've won ૮・ﻌ・ა• ⁃ Minjae is one of the closest people to Minsu and is the one person he never avoids. His brother could talk his ear off, and Minsu would just sit there attentively

Random Cordelia Head canons 🫧

1. Cordelia cannot sleep unless there’s some sort of water nearby. She’ll keep a little enchanted seashell on her bedside table that softly mimics the sound of ocean waves. Silence actually makes her restless.

2. She’s incapable of walking past puddles without looking into them. Half the time she’s checking her reflection, the other half she’s genuinely expecting to see a fish staring back.

3. Every aquatic creature absolutely adores her. Giant squid? Friendly. Merpeople? Family friends. Frogs? Obsessed. The only creatures that dislike her are Peeves’ enchanted rubber ducks.

4. She absentmindedly braids people’s hair whenever they’re sitting next to her. If you’re close friends with her, you’ve probably walked away from studying with three tiny braids you didn’t have before.

5. Her handwriting becomes noticeably messier whenever she’s cold. The moment she warms up, it goes back to looking like something copied straight out of a calligraphy book.

6. Cordelia never eats fish. She genuinely feels guilty, even if everyone insists it’s perfectly normal. She apologizes to fish pies before passing them down the table.

7. She collects sea glass, pretty stones, feathers, bottle caps, shiny buttons, shells—anything she thinks is “too pretty to leave behind.” Her dorm drawers are basically organized chaos.

8. Whenever she’s nervous, her ears subtly change shape before she even realizes she’s anxious. Her friends learned to spot it before she ever admits she’s worried.

9. She unconsciously hums old merfolk lullabies while doing homework. Nobody understands the language, but everyone agrees they’re strangely calming.

10. She has an incredible sense of direction near lakes, rivers, or the ocean… and somehow gets hopelessly lost inside Hogwarts every single September.

11. Her favourite rainy days are the ones where she can sit by the Black Lake wrapped in a blanket with a book. She claims the lake “sounds happier” when it rains.

12. She cries ridiculously easily over happy things. Cute Kneazle? Tears. Someone graduates? Tears. A duck following its mother? Absolutely sobbing.

13. She instinctively tilts her head whenever someone whistles, convinced for a split second that it’s another merperson trying to get her attention.

14. She always smells faintly of saltwater, wildflowers, and strawberry sweets no matter what perfume she wears.

15. She gives every single magical creature she meets a name before learning its actual species. Hagrid has stopped correcting her because honestly… they usually answer to the nickname anyway.

16. She loves making flower crowns, but they’re almost never made entirely of flowers. She’ll weave in pearls, shells, ribbons, little bits of sea glass, and whatever tiny treasures she’s picked up that week.

17. If she’s really comfortable around someone, she’ll lean against them without thinking—like a sleepy seal basking on a warm rock.

18. She has the worst poker face imaginable. The moment she lies, her freckles seem more noticeable because she starts blushing instantly.

19. Her favourite colour changes depending on where she’s standing. By the sea she’ll swear it’s deep teal. In flower fields it’s butter yellow. During sunsets it’s soft coral. She insists colours “have moods.”

20. Despite being incredibly gentle, she’d throw hands immediately if someone insulted one of her friends. She’ll apologize afterward… but only after they’ve been thoroughly humbled.

21. Raised by sailors, Cordelia swears with the confidence of someone who’s spent her childhood listening to exhausted deckhands yell at storms. She’ll accidentally drop the most creative profanity imaginable, immediately clap a hand over her mouth, whisper, “…sorry,” and continue the sentence like nothing happened. Professor Weasley has given up trying to figure out where she learned that vocabulary.

22. Her ears have been pierced since she was little. Nearly every piece of jewellery she owns was gifted to her by sailors returning from voyages—tiny pearl earrings from Greece, a silver wave pendant from Portugal, an old compass charm from Norway, little coral beads from island markets. None of it matches, and she refuses to replace any of it because every piece has a story.

23. Pink is the one colour she can never say no to. Pink ribbons in her hair, pink stationery, pink seashells, pink glass bottles, pink sunsets, pink coral… if she sees something in a soft rosy shade, she’s bringing it home. She insists pink is “the colour the ocean misses most.”

24. She unconsciously uses sailor phrases in everyday conversation. Instead of “good luck,” she’ll tell people to “keep your bow into the waves.” Instead of “calm down,” it’s “steady the ship.” Half of Hogwarts has absolutely no idea what she’s talking about.

25. She knows an alarming number of sea shanties. She’s sweet enough that nobody expects it, then suddenly she’s loudly singing a sailor’s drinking song while scrubbing cauldrons with Hufflepuffs.

26. Her trunk smells like saltwater, old wood, dried lavender, and rope because she keeps little keepsakes from home tucked into every corner. Opening it feels less like unpacking luggage and more like opening a sailor’s sea chest.

27. She can tie almost any knot known to wizardkind—or sailors. Need something secured? Give Cordelia thirty seconds. She’ll have it tied with a knot that’s apparently “been keeping ships together for centuries.”

28. She has absolutely zero fear of thunderstorms. While everyone else rushes inside, she’ll happily sit by a window watching the lightning because it reminds her of nights spent sailing home.
