There’s baking going on! Days one and two of baking for our holiday packages and individual items. There’s dough being made, the yeast is proofing, the shaping and actual bake followed by packaging. Tony bakes cinnamon rolls for us as we worked. In photos 1 and 2 you can see cinnamon rolls without icing but one is topped with toasted pecans. A roll with the coffee was excellent. Photo 4 is a pan of 1 dozen rolls ready for their second rising. They are in the frig until time to bake. It’s so hard to resist all the goodies around like that #sweetpotatopie . Our campers ordered loaves of bread that went out to them this morning and we’re baking for the orders to be picked up today. We will do more tomorrow for the Wednesday orders that include giveaways thanks to the donations that are coming in to support our community members. Thank you all so much.
