Don't be deceived by its name, it is a coastal city on the border of Cloud and Lilith. Wintermount is the second largest city in Lilith Kingdom. Its trade and tourism industry is quite advanced. Every year, there are young talented designers gathering in the Hillside Square for communication and competition. This competition called Designer's Tea Party.

You can see rose garden on the way to Hillside Square. The rose garden is built to memorize Nidhogg the Prime Minister. When he was young, he won the first prize and became famous by his final formal dress of roses.
