Cloudberry Felt Cake
Fascinating piece of fruit and such a beautiful symbol of the northern resilience. Somehow it's an important symbol for me as I'm trying to reconnect with my heritage.
As I was reading about cloudberries, I came upon this Finnish idiom: Metsä kuuntelee silloin kun kukaan muu ei (the forest listens when no one else does) and it gave me goosebumps.

Elaine and Hilla, two of the senior girls at the Shrine.
Hilla is the head priestess, if you need an oracle, she's your girl! She's been at the shrine the longest, and rumours circulate that she's over hundreds of years old...But those are only rumours, no one could really live that long.
Elaine doesn't talk much to anyone outside the shrine, and doesn't spend much time in it either. She's usually found in Hylia's palace, spending her days attempting to relive her noblesse youth over a bottle of wine and quiet company.
This is basically the outfit that Hilla/Lazuli would have if she were an official hsr character. Initially I intended to make a splash art for her but this pose is too reminicent of Qingque's... Well, QQ is my fave so no wonder I took inspiration. But if she were to have splash art… the background would probably have some nature like Luocha does… Just a fen instead of a pond.
Drawing Ballad of Fjords was a pain and half. Not only to get the shaft sit in her hand properly but then to also get in all the details. Digital artists have so much easier because they can take the model of the weapon, spin it in correct position and then trace it. I had to eyeball everything!
The green in her skirt is actually the same than that circle on the ground but it faded away for some reason...
