As both of you came to a halt, you took a step closer to the striker, all smiles as if you didn't completely ruin him with that citrus-sweet grin. You tip-toed pressing a soft kiss to his cheek. "I love you, Yoichi." You whispered while pulling away. Isagi stared at you in shock, bringing a hand to hover over the spot you kissed. He felt the heat rush to his entire face, burning a deep scarlet color as he stuttered out, "Uh y-yeah love you too." He felt like a high-school girl in those cheesy animes, tripping over his words. The boy's chest thumped loudly, you were truly breathtaking--he wondered how he had managed to pull a goddess like you.

Knowing that someone like you loved him, he smiled and gripped your hand a fraction tighter. Maybe it wasn't so hard as he thought.
