I gave my Highrise avi a wheelchair. This is actually an item that my friend Jacy (@/J4CY4NY on HR) created for the body and disability aid item contest years ago, and she was able to get it in game!!
I wish I had a wheelchair IRL. It would honestly make things easier and less exhausting and would allow me to do more things in my day as well as leave the house more since walking can be painful make me dizzy, and exhaust me most days. I have more reasons why a wheelchair would be helpful, but these are the biggest reasons.
It also makes my boyfriend sad that we're unable to go and enjoy things together because I can't stand or walk very long, and it makes me pretty sad too because I would like to go to festivals and concerts or to run errands and do chores, and not feel pain and overwhelming exhaustion!
