Some transformations begin in the dark. Oyeku Ogbe reminds us that change often requires an incubation period. When you don't have full visibility, you are tasked with trusting the process.

...people are just so anxious about every single thing he does.  And they're like: he's doing this, he's doing this, he's doing this. And they stand back and it's like: Well, does that effect you? Well no, but I'm upset about it. It's a false morality. What it should be is like : Okay this doesn't effect me; I'm actually doing okay; I'm going to take action without languishing in the distraction of my anxiety.  And that is like developing a moral sense which is much more difficult, I think.
