Anyway, I have no clue what her usual dates beyond lunch are like. But here's what we do know about her dating life, as far as I know:

She dated Pete for a million and one years at some point in the past. They must have had little contact after breaking up because Pete did not know she got her promotion. Both of them act as if they haven't seen each other in a while in "Not All Dogs"

She kind of maybe goes to lunch with Karishad. He asks her out, we don't get a verbal "yes," but her facial expression may indicate interest. GK also refers to her as a "real man eater," which implied vore joke aside, could imply she's nonmonogamous in some fashion.

We also don't even know for sure if the lunch date happens. It's just implied. We don't know how it goes and we don't know what happens after.
