Yk, there is an issue I've noticed in theme park fandoms specifically. And there's something that I'd really like to remind some of you guys
Today someone complimented my hhn shirt. I asked if they saw the Killer Klowns announcement. They said yes, I mentioned that I think it'll be our central park zone... and they proceeded to say "nah that's Fortnitemares" in the most matter of fact tone.
This is not the only time that me expressing my opinions in a theme park fandom has got me grief.
I hate talking to hardcore thoosies bc the moment I start talking about my favorites they no longer see me as credible. I told someone Sirens Curse is one of my favorites, alongside Stardust Racers, and his words, word for word, were "you need to ride some better roller coasters".
And unfortunately, this is a regular occurrence for me
theme park enthusiasts of all kinds, hear my pleas:
stop putting people down for having opinions
stop dissing people for their favorites
crack theories are not a reason to start arguing with someone
the response to an opinion different to yours is "i personally think it is (x)" or "i understand you like that, but i like (x)", not wording your opinions like fact

Walking through Killer Klownz experience be like:
if i ever had a nickel, for every time there was a conspiracy theorist character named tim investigating another character who disappeared and has relation's to some supernatural stuff, ending up dead/trapped and their names are both a play on words (Tim Breaker -> Time Breaker Tim Foyle -> Tinfoil) I'd have two nickels!
