Finished Higurashi chapter 1, it was really immersive! much more than i thought it'd be. Before i played it, i saw someone say the kids were a very realistic depiction of a friend group and i agree, i was also surprised how realistic of a kid Keiichi was and how well he meshed with the girls.

I thought it was interesting how unmotivated Mion was school-wise, and how lax the school system was as a result of the rural area.

The extras were interesting. i mean i dont know if it should have had Keiichi say outright he thought he was being targetted by both humans and spirits, but it gave me something to chew on.

In this fic, I’m guessing Harry’s either at Hogwarts or with the Weasley’s. Sirius doesn’t feel like he’s worthy to take care of Harry - all the people he loves only end up in deeper shit when he’s around. He already hates himself for putting Remus in danger - to risk James’ son being attacked by dementors/aurors? Sirius would rather live out the rest of his life soulless and in Azkaban then have that happen.

Ahhh I know how you feel man!

Story time: Once in grade 9 I had morning practice and I had to wake up at 4:30 in the morning. So I was out with friends and we were chilling then I get a text from this girl who’s like, ‘Help me with my math report.’

And I was like. SHIT!

So I stayed up from 9pm - 3am doing this math report, submitted it, went to sleep, woke up at 4:30, swam, went to school, went to practice again and pretty much died.
