My only problem with the crafting-exclusive skins is that, for how rare they are, Riot didn't make them the quality of a Legendary skin (aka all-new animations and a completely new VO). I'm willing to bet that people would spend even more on chests trying to get gems if the skins were Legendary quality, hence more money for Riot.
