I offer the Netjeru these of Nippon Kodo brands,

as they are ritually pure and are potent despite

their small sizes.

I ask for bravery and endurance for the remainder

of this year of 2026

because I sincerely sense I'm going to need it.

Sekhmet is my warmth,

Ma'at is my innermost light,

Bast is my desperate optimism.

Het-heru is my capability for love,

Anpu is my acceptance of what I cannot control,

Sutekh is my ability to come out on the other side.

You and all the rest I didn't name,

I need all of You for my survival,

but I shouldn't forget I need myself as well.

Hi hi hey. How is everybody? I've been quiet, but I am here. I've had a hectic time the last while. A lot of stress, health scares with me and those close to me and a lot of self-reflection. There was a lot of change in my life in the last two years and I am still feeling the effects of it and sometimes get periods where I need to take "time off". I'm finally taking my health in my own hands, and am helping myself. I've even finally started working out regularly again... :') I am really enjoying the workouts that I am doing and will continue them until at least the end of the month, and then I'll try to add in another one that's a bit more challenging. I think it's time to join the Sobek gym crew and dedicate my workouts and healthy eating to the good Croc 🐊

I've also been easing into dancing again and I can feel Hethert's energy with my attempts. I think I will offer my dances to Her and Bast :)

It feels good to be helping myself in a healthy way again.

I have some asks to answer! I will do that very soon. And the Secret Magical Gift Swap will be up and running again this week :) (And will go over Yule a little bit so that no one is stressed out about making/getting and sending gifts out on time)

You can do devotional acts to her as well as create a virtual altar if you want. She’s really benevolent and popular, I don’t think she’s “checking” to see if people have an altar or not before she assists them 💖
