I always hear so many people trying to trash on people who have made points in the past similar to me and it’s clear these people don’t understand what we’re talking about AT ALL.

We aren’t trying to ‘let straight people into pride/the LGBTQ+ community’, we are showing support of queer individuals who are assumed not to be based on their sexuality.

We are not in anyway saying that people with non-queer orientations have it ‘harder’ than people who do (even though some try to force those words into our mouth). We are showing support for all the aro and/or ace who are straight, trans, nonbinary, intersex, gender nonconforming, ect, individuals who are commonly ridiculed or forced out of our community because THEY ARE QUEER and deserve to be in our community.
