Remnants Of Hurricane Sandy - BoardWalk To Nowhere At NY Home Beach - IMRAN™ I stayed home on Long Island, New York during hurricane Sandy several years ago. It had ripped my community’s boardwalk and marina. Debris and even pieces of docks, decks, and boardwalks had been carried by the storm. We were in the straight line of the hurricane track. But we got extremely lucky to survive when it changed course almost 90 degrees. But it decimated parts of New Jersey that year. This is a remnant from those events, towards the far backend of the Heron Pointe private beach.
