Yeahhh… always believe hardwork and genuine intention to help others improve their lives will result in positive outcome. We have met a client with challenges but we have taken the efforts to understand them and have an in depth discussion on how to progress further. In turn we have gotten an exclusive. I’m very grateful that I have a solid partner. Without him, things wouldn’t be that smooth. It’s a wonderful birthday present too #jurongwest #realtorlife #helpingclients #doorknocking #presentation #willingness #kelvinltb (at Jurong West, Singapore) https://www.instagram.com/p/Ck6E4bHSvJ6/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
Emotions are the most powerful tool. They assist us in determining our outlook towards life. But there's one common thread that all of us are struggling with, it is how to deal with them from a space of emotional stability. Now, the question is how could we as coaches help people deal with those emotions? What are those effective ways that could help our clients to deal with their emotions, so that they can show up effectively so that they can perform better and produce better results? This time on coaching matters, we are going to unwrap how can we actually assist our clients to deal with their emotions with Christine Gallaire.

Defining Emotional Intelligence
Some say that emotional intelligence is bringing your souls and emotions together to make optimal decisions. For me, it’s really being smarter with emotions, using them as a strategic resource.
Fathers of emotional intelligence, Salavoy and Mayer, Six Seconds, which is a big worldwide organization dealing with emotional intelligence have all defined emotional intelligence. Actually, for me, it’s simply being clever with our emotions. I have to say that it has to be with listening to our emotions in order to take them as the messages they send to us and consider them as rational data, for us to make good intentional decisions.
So, how to help our clients deal with anxiety.

Had to give my intern Max a week off in order to catch up with everything he's been doing..... Residential Real Estate isn't what you learn in real estate school or about going to open houses and selling homes. Real Estate, Max is learning, is all about the little things. Here are a few scenes.. a day in the life, behind the scenes with Max. Rule 1. Mindset of a Realtor - (not all Realtors subscribe to this) ... A Realtor doesn't always get paid or even expect to get paid. A good Realtor simply helps their clients. One never knows what good may come by helping others in any scenario, real estate is no different. I personally believe helping others must be first on your list if residential real estate is something you would like to pursue. It would be very hard if it wasn't. Do to do, not because. . Max stuffed, sealed, purchased, stamped and mailed over 500 letters one afternoon. Our goal: to find a needle in a haystack or more specifically a rental for a very stressed out client. Expense: $300+ Monetary Return: Zero Personal Return: A very happy client. . Showing gratitude. Flowers are always nice. . Live in gratitude. How to describe this mindset? I suppose I always do regardless of my gain. I do to do and things usually work out. I don't measure or keep score. . It's been a busy month in the life of my intern. Timing could not have been more ideal. So many things came together in such a short time Max has been able to see quite a bit. . From selling a home and all that goes into that especially during multiple offers, showing homes, holding open houses and broker tours, turning lights on and off, running endless errands, remodeling a home to selling a home .. . #realestaterules #theartofrealestate #52waystoachievesuccessinrealestate #foundation4success #ontheothersideof25 #justdoit #fortheloveofthegame #maxainternship #internshipwithdebbi #grateful #gratitude #livingingratitude #justbecause #passion #inspiration #heart #sold #helpingclients #achievetheirdreams (at Debbi DiMaggio Realtor Author Brand)
