The art wasn’t coming to me today, but have some handler Steve and winter soldier Bucky!

Also the shut up + bound wrists isn’t meant to be mean, I was doodling their escape, Steve being so gone still his immediate instinct is to fight back and alert the guards. And obviously Bucky just wants them to get away.

Steve’s essentially is just a parrot for hydra operatives, always just following orders or passing orders along towards Bucky. So without comms, without them he’s completely lost in his own mind, or lack there of.

Some extra lore:

I don’t think Steve got the chair more than a few times, since he has no serum he’d most likely die if it was used as much as it was on Bucky. So while Bucky is brainwashed via the chair and then verbal command. I think maybe Steve could’ve been brainwashed via psychorama (flashing images/subliminal messaging) as well as breaking him in verbally etc, I’m not totally sure.

Honestly taking suggestions for this Au because I’m a bit stuck, please feel free to use the replies/asks as a suggestion box.
