Instructions: Bake the cake according to the package instructions. Let the cake cool completely and crumble it into a large bowl. Add softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the crumbled cake. Mix until well combined. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Melt the frosting slightly and dip the cake pop sticks into the frosting before inserting them into the cake balls. Freeze the cake pops for about 15 minutes to set. Melt the candy melts in separate bowls according to the package instructions. Dip each cake pop into the melted candy melts, covering it completely. Allow excess to drip off. Place the cake pops back on the lined baking sheet and let them set slightly. Use the edible pink food marker to draw Hello Kitty faces on each cake pop. Decorate with sprinkles while the candy coating is still wet. Let the cake pops fully set before serving or packaging.
