Wot the hell.

Again.

Over and Over and Over Again.

He isn't sure what expression to make when he realizes the fog has brought him to where it started. Years and years ago, nearly a decade if you were keeping count..He tried not to.

There is a sense of both relief and dread in his shoulders. The cold drizzle of rain catching on his hair, sure to soak him through within the next half hour. Did he ever even leave? Man this was *not* good for his mental health.

He decides to take it as it is, as he did before, rolling his neck with a pop of his vertebrae as he flexes a hang. Eyes glance one way-- a Meat hook. Of course. Then they glance the other. Mother's Dwelling. Of Course.

So there is only some surprise when he actually hears someone before he sees them. A rustle of underbrush that has him ducking out of instinct...but no heartbeat. No tell tale rattle of his heart in his ears outside of the usual thud against his chest.

It's why he garners a glance around the tree to see..a Man? A man taller than him. A man he doesn't recognize in clothes that he DEFINITELY didn't recognize. A killer? A survivor? There was only one way to find out so he did what he did best. And opened his mouth.

"Oi."

A beat as he sees the other look at him. Trying to gauge if those eyes had the white out look of someone under Her influence.
