iirc the only real time we hear Central even begin to swear in 2015 is during base defense and he doesn't even finish the word, which tracks because 2015!Central is a fucking bushy tailed bright eyed boy scout. contrasted to 2035!Central, who now cynical jaded and generally a wreck of a man (wiki literally says this lol), does occasionally drop a 'hell' and 'goddamn' and even 'bastard' (the last one isn't entirely a swear but like. Roll with me here okay?)
anyway my point is by xcom 2, I think Central should be allowed to say fuck
