Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup hot sauce. 2 tablespoons butter. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing. Celery sticks optional, for serving.

Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cover each chicken breast in the flour mix, then put them on a baking sheet with parchment paper on the bottom. Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and golden. Put hot sauce, butter, honey, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan. Slowly heat the food until the butter melts and the sauce is well mixed. Apply buffalo sauce to each chicken breast after it's done cooking. If you want, you can serve it with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
