⟢ Chameleon - Headmate Term

A headmate role for alters that pretend to be, or mask as other alters. This could be internally, by taking on their role and physical appearance, or externally, by using their bot, typing styles or appearance. This role can also describe the alter who pretends to be the singletsona, or an alter who masks as another for safety. They might take on this role to handle disputes, fill a gap when the host isn't fronting or for any other reason not specified.

⟢ Dormachameleon - Headmate Term

A headmate role that describes a chameleon that specifically masks as dormant alters. They may do this to hide an alter is dormant, maintain normalcy if an important alter is dormant, or to fill in a gap in roles if there's an unexpected dormancy. They may also do this to maintain the relationships of the dormant alter for the system, or as an involuntary reaction due to headmates or external sources missing the dormant alter.

⟢ Persechameleon - Headmate Term

A headmate role to describe a chameleon that does it for a persecution reason or a persecutor who is also a chameleon. This could include damaging relationships by pretending to be a certain alter, taking on the appearance or identity of an abuser, or pretending to be a harmful sourcemate to hurt or scare an alter internally or attack someone else externally. Persechameleons may also identify with this term as a protector, using it to secretly sever painful or abusive relationships if the alter they are impersonating isn't able to themselves.

An Aphanmate is a specific alter/headmate/[user term] who experiences aphantasia where others don’t. Aphanmates can call themselves Aphantasia Holders if they feel the term fits better, the flag is still the same.

DEFINITION: an introject of another headmate or alter, whether that be an introject of another system's headmate, an introject of a pre-existing in-system headmate, or an introject of a fictional character's system's headmate.

EXAMPLE: Rebecca is a headmatetive of Rebecca from the Ambrose System.

Honeyorma

Honeyorma: a headmate who formed due to wanting to be liked by other people outside of the system. Name from the term honeypot/trap but this term does not have to be romantic/sexual.
