I HAVE A HEAD FULL OF DREAMS ✨🎇

Head full of dreams.

We found a secret tunnel, small enough to keep a family of four. It must have been from the time where people hid to keep themselves safe during the Japanese war. There were five of us who found it, and we swore not to let anyone know of it.

On an ordinary day, we talk and hangout by the plaza playground. But that day was anything but ordinary. One moment we were just talking, another moment and gunshots muffled our talk. In the spur of a moment, people from all around are running in fright looking for a safe place. We were dumbfounded from all that's happening. It took one of us calling out for the tunnel to bring us back to our senses. We headed out for the tunnel sprinting and found the surrounding place all crowded. I have no idea why the tunnel was top secret but we never revealed it to anyone even during that time of mass panic. We all huddled to get inside without anyone figuring it out, but clean execution of such plan seemed to be an impossibility. We tried anyhow. And then we heard it. The breaking, creaking sound. The outer part of the years old wooden tunnel broke apart and came away from the entrance causing a commotion. The rest of us who got inside first got locked up. They were screaming and pounding, demanding release. Thank goodness the structure was all wooden and already in a state of utter decay and we got them out fast.

The people are still running to and fro. We are almost panicking trying to look for a place to hide. After making turns here and there, we were led to the old abandoned mansion hidden from sight of the people - where we used to play with its wide grass-covered backyard. Old and abandoned…at least that's what we thought. For just when we took a sharp turn to where we can climb over the fence unharmed, we saw people. And not just ordinary people - rich people, people in power, playing golf as if the world was in peace and the people not in clamor for safety. Yes, we saw them. Yes, they saw us. But much to our surprise when one of us came forward to greet one of them. "Father", he said.

Where to even begin ...

September 29th, 2017, I attended a Coldplay concert in Vancouver, BC at BC place. To say this was merely an experience just doesn't do it justice. Coldplay is not an experience, Coldplay is an opportunity. At least for me it was. An opportunity to let their magic consume me and let everything that was going on in my life leave my mind for 3hrs of pure euphoria. The energy Chris Martin brings to the stage is unlike anything I have ever seen. His absolute passion for music, for joy, for his fans, FOR LIFE. He is one of the most humble artists Ive ever seen perform. It completely engulfed my attention and made it seem as if he was only singing to me. BC place is quite a large venue and there were moments during the show that not one single person in there was off their feet. He connected all of us. I sobbed for the first 7 songs, I swear. Unreal. Coldplay has been in my playlist ever since I can remember. They are one of those bands that I can look back at key moments in my life and one of their songs was there right along with me. When Chris sings about Joy, when he sings about sorrow, when he just sings ... You can literally feel it in your heart.The entire band is so respected my all the members in it and all play a huge role in what makes them so wonderful. If you ever have the chance to take in a Coldplay show, Don't hesitate. Their lights are as brilliant as the most popular electronic music festivals. Their constant surprises with confetti, balloons, fireworks, crowd interaction. I was in a constant state of excitement. This tour was their head full of dreams which is quite an upbeat, fun album. Anything by Coldplay honestly astounds me but I'm going to list just a FEW of my fave songs here at the bottom. Please go check them out if you're not familiar. This band will be with you through your best day and your worst. You can learn from thier lyrics about life, love ... It may even put you in a state where you want to change yours ... Or maybe just be an inspiration for a new tattoo like it was for my sister and I ... US AGAINST THE WORLD!
