Happy Monday. I'm still here and feeling good today. Yesterday, was another story. My knee GROUNDED me. I mean, I couldn't even walk. I even though I may need to head to the hospital. Yeah, it was just that bad. I stayed laid up and rubbed my prescribed medicinal cream all day long, took pain pills and hoped for the best. It ended with me feeling better last night and feeling almost human today. Lesson to the story? When your body tells you to STOP.  You must STOP.  I'm really happy to be up and about today and even a tad bit giddy about it. Hubby did the laundry yesterday so I'll be cooking today and getting some work done. Don't worry, the cream is being applied and the pain pills are being taken. I'm making sure I also stop if I think I'm doing too much.  Hubby always tells me I'm doing too much and I'm actually trying to listen. My body is 50 with some arthritis. My mind thinks I'm 30 with no ailments. What does that mean? I've got issues! I am a work in progress. What can I say?
