Cory Turner at NPR:
Some Head Start early childhood programs are being told by the federal government to remove a list of nearly 200 words and phrases from their funding applications or they could be denied. That's according to recently submitted court documents. The list of words includes "accessible," "belong," "Black," "disability," "female," "minority," "trauma," "tribal" and "women." The list was submitted on Dec. 5, as part of an ongoing lawsuit filed by Head Start programs in a handful of states – including Pennsylvania, Washington, Wisconsin and Illinois – against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and its secretary, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. The lawsuit argues that the Trump administration's ban on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in federal programs conflicts with Head Start's statutory mandate. That mandate includes, among other things, providing "linguistically and culturally appropriate" services as well as early intervention services for children with disabilities. In response to NPR requests for comment or clarity on the list, HHS Press Secretary Emily G. Hilliard wrote, "HHS does not comment on ongoing litigation." Nationally, Head Start serves roughly 750,000 infants, toddlers and preschool-age children, providing childcare, early learning, free meals, health screenings and family support. The list came to light through the lawsuit as part of a recent declaration from the executive director of a Wisconsin-based Head Start program that has been receiving federal funding for over 50 years. The program's director, identified in the document by a pseudonym, Mary Roe, explained that she submitted a regular funding renewal request to HHS on Sept. 30.
The censor-heavy Trump Regime has told Head Start programs to remove over 200+ words and phrases from their funding applications or face denial of approval.

Timmy the Tagger
Timmy the Tagger
Monster type: Torturer (Motivation: To hurt and terrify)
Timmy the Tagger is a demon who takes the form of a small, pale skinned boy dressed in garish neon colored clothes right out of the 1980’s. He has blood red eyes and a huge mouth with sharp blood stained fangs.
Timmy can be summoned to the mortal plane by performing a very specific ritual; if you write down a list of names (No less than four but no more than twelve), written in blood, seal it in an envelope marked for “Timmy the Tagger, care of the devil himself” and place it in a mail box at a school at the stroke of midnight, it will summon Timmy the Tagger.
Once Timmy has been summoned, everyone on the list will be aware that something is coming to hurt them, and that they need to hide and get away. They will also hear Timmy counting down from 100 echoing in the back of their mind. Once he reaches zero, the victims will have a vision of what’s coming for them, and the chase will be on. Ready or not here he comes.
The hunt will last until the crack of dawn. Until then, Timmy will hunt down and kill each person on the list in brutal fashion, tearing their throats out with his bare teeth. He will not normally attack other people if they stay out of his way, but if they try and defend his victims or attack him they are also fair game. Timmy is intensely sadistic and enjoys toying with his prey for as long as possible before moving in for the kill.
The ritual to summon Timmy can be found on dark web message boards or on forums and servers dedicated to the occult. Some summon him out of curiosity, or for revenge, or because they think its a test of courage. Few survive the experience, for once Timmy finishes his list, he goes after the one who summoned him to claim their soul.
Powers: Incredibly fast and durable, able to leap and move like an animal, can seemingly teleport and climb walls.
Attacks: Go for the throat 3 harm intimate messy
Armor: 1 (demonic body)
Harm capacity: 4
weaknesses: Timmy has several weaknesses, the first is his overconfidence and sadism sometimes works against him, making him play with his prey longer than he should.
Second is that Timmy cannot enter holy ground or cross barriers of salt. However Timmy is clever and will try and find workarounds against this.
Third is that if the letter is recovered from the mail box and burned it will banish Timmy back to Hell.
Finally, when the sun rises, Timmy is banished back to Hell.
