you hear about them a lot in the game, but only meet them in person if you do a specific sidequest. and when you do? they are SO STINKIN CUTE. they basically spend a whole cutscene reassuring one of their followers that change is ALWAYS happening and she doesn't need to force herself to change, and that they love her and the stupid lil face she drew for them. and they speak in all lowercase and use kaomoji a lot. they're great. They add such a fascinating element to the game. You are stuck in a time loop, where no change is permanent which goes directly against everything they are. But the character you play as is changing, becoming more desperate to stop the time loops. And the Change God revels in your suffering. The are indifferent to wether change is good or bad, as long as it’s Change.
