3. Did the idea change at all by the time the fic was complete?

No, actually! Some minor plot details/scenes were changed and shifted around, but the main focus/idea of the story remained the same throughout.

14. Talk about the fic's opening scene & how you approached it.

In the prologue: I wanted to add an air of mystery, and I also wanted to have an interesting start to the story. I actually got the scene/writing I really liked in the first shot, and I kept it. During the time of writing the first couple of chapters, I was re-watching the K-drama "Strong Girl Bong-soon", and the opening scene was heavily inspired by a couple of scenes from the drama (namely, the scenes where the antagonist kidnapped the victims).

In the first chapter: I wanted Mini to have some moments of peace before her life was completely fucked up <3. On a more serious note, I wanted to show a juxtaposition between the intense prologue, and Mini's relatively calm morning ritual, to kind of cause whiplash. Also, I feel Mini would have rituals like this, to steal a couple moments for herself.
