It’s more like you feel that unless you do that thing you won’t survive, that you’ll go crazy! And it’s normally something random, like jumping up and down.

For me, at one point I had twisted my ankle and couldn't walk properly for several months, let alone do any serious exercise. And one day, once it was better, I walked to my sister’s house. 

Everything was fine until it was time to come home. 

I just had to run. 

It wasn't that I wanted to run or that I should run. 

If I didn't run it was like I wouldn't survive. 

I ran all the way home and I felt alive!
