Left Picture: 2016. 138 pounds. Haven’t worked out a day in my life. Clearly. Middle Picture: 2017. 143 pounds. 5 months working out, first picture I actually noticed a change and maybe this whole ‘change your self image and go for your body goals’ kick. Also first time when I even wanted to have a picture with my shirt off and thought, so this is what the kids mean by ‘feeling myself’. Right Picture: 2019. 155 pounds. 2 years of working out. Still working towards that unrealistic body standard, but happy with what has come out of all this. And the realization that now I have become one of those Insta-Gays with too many shirtless photos.
