And I'm usually very energetic and chatty and funny around other people, even my friends. So everyone knows me as this bubbly person that's always talking or doing something.
But obviously sometimes I feel drained of energy and I just don't feel like talking or doing anything really. But I tend to just disappear for a while or wait until I get home and sit alone in my room to think and kinda recharge.
Well, a few days ago my friend and I went to visit our ther friend that recently moved to another city for college. We were supposed to stay at her house for 5 days. And I can't be my hyped self for so long.
Those two girls are my very best friends and I feel quite comfortable around them. So when I felt like staying quiet and just get lost in my thoughts, I did that.
I think it was the first time they've ever seen me like that so they got worried. They thought that I was sad and tried to cheer me up the best they could.
Honestly it was so sweet. They played my favorite music, let me do some weird chaotic stuff (which I love), tried talking to me (I love talking xD). We planned to make pizza that day and I'm the only one who can but they tried to do it on their own anyway with only spoken instructions from me. It didn't turned out great but it was still good.
I obviously explained to them that I'm fine, I just feel a bit drain out of energy, but they did what they did anyways.
Just wanted to share this cause once I used to think that I won't ever have friends like that. That I can't tell anyone I have adhd. That I can't act not like the bubbly, happy person around others. And sometimes I still feel like it but know I have this memory.
