Everything was so loud but so quiet, it was like being underwater, his body hurted but it was quickly numbing, the taste of metal was in his mouth and he knew it was from the blood, now running down his chin, he often tough of how it would had end, he didnt expect it like this, but no one ever does right? He was happy he got to see his love a last time, many people with their job didn't get the chance... He looked at the other, wasn't really able to understand what he was saying, but he was crying, maybe screaming his name. He touched lightly his wrist, finger growing heavy, and smile at him, like he did many times, many nights, on the school roof or the dormitory bed, watching some stupid movie...He wished they would have seen more stupid things togheter, did so much more...

His touch was cold and sended a shiver down the boy spine, he couldn't bare the sight of his lover dying while he couldn't do anything about it, yet, he was smiling, even when dying, the other was the one comforting him, after all, once you're gone its over, the pain isnt there anymore, the one to suffer are the one to remain... He focused again on him, he was trying to say something

"Hey... Remember when we were watching-... The walking dead? A... And you asked me if i would eat you... If i were a zombie"

He couldnt help but smile, even with tears rolling down his cheek

"Yes... Yes i remember. You never answered me. You said it was a dumb question"

He tried to sound happy at the memory even if his breath was fast and broke from hiccups of sorrow... And then he smiledAnd his whole world was a bit brighter

"If i were a zombie...i would never eat your brain... I just want your heart...its all i ever wanted"
