Most of the time I practice the same things over and over. Well in truth .... Hoping things will improve. Sometimes they do sometimes they do not.... What happens though on a day to day , week to week reflection it allows for minor adjustments and fixes. This time it is how I am holding my shoulders. Pushing them forward or in the chest stand it is having my arms bent at my side while getting my chest down. Finally it is feeling more stable and my chest is getting down.
