All the fish were pretty, but I saw a special fish that I knew Hanbaobao would love! It's a butterflyfish, and Hanbaobao loves butterflies. I bought him a butterfly necklace once, and it's his favorite 🦋

I asked Mamama if I could spend my allowance on the fish, and she said I could! 🥳🐠 The nice gege at the fish store was named Dave. He showed me and Mamama the tank and plant and pebbles I had to buy too.

I very carefully held the bag in my paw all the way home!

I'm so excited for Hanbaobao to see this pretty fish!

He was so happy!!! 🥰 yay!!! ❤️

Mamama said she would help us put the tank together for the fish. She said she's never done a fish tank before, but her friend sent her a step by step walk-through, so she thinks she can do it. Thanks, helping friend! Jiayou, Mamama! 💪

Mamama looked a bit nervous as she carefully inspected everything, but I know she was just worried that the fish would be safe and happy in the tank.

In went the plant and the first layer of pebbles! The pebbles are a nice bright pink. Mamama poured some water goop into it.

Mamama said the water goop had to be set with a special light! The light made our eyes glow 🤩 Hanbaobao's teeth also glowed, it was so funny! 😆

The fish went in! Quick Mamama, quick, put the water in for the fish! 🌊

Oooh! The fish is swimming around 🐠

The special light comes in a flashlight size that Mamama made into a light tower! 🔦 She said the water had to be set very carefully so no bubbles formed 🫧

Mamama spent a LONG time popping bubbles and muttering to herself. It took so long Hanbaobao told me a whole story.

It got more exciting when Mamama finished popping bubbles and used the flashlight to zap the tank 🔦 Maybe the special light will give the fish super powers! ⚡️💥

This one was smaller than the other two planes.

Mamama says this is a sea plane. I couldn’t even hear Hanbao because I had to wear earplugs! Papa let us sit on his arm so we could see out the window.

The pilot was barefoot, just like me and Hanbao! 🐾

It was so pretty when we landed! 🏝️

After traveling so long, we relaxed on a hammock and enjoyed the sunshine. ☀️❤️

Later Mamama asked if we wanted to go with her to the spa. We said okay. We had gotten lots of sun already so we put on our hats! 🧢

A nice jiejie brought us cold towels and orangey juice to drink. 🍊🥭

What a big bathtub! 🫧 Hanbao said the bubbles looked like a squirrel 🐿️.

Hanbao said it was his turn to play with the camera! 📷

It was a pretty sunshiny day when we got to our hotel, so we took a walk. ☀️

We walked down a big hill to a place called Union Square. Mamama said she used to live around here, but didn’t get to play much because she had to study. Poor Mamama! She can play with us now! 😊

There was some big hearts there in the park ❤️Mamama laughed when she saw this one. She said the sign said it was one of the Hearts of San Francisco, a benefit for the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation 🥰

We took a Christmas photo with Macy’s Great Tree! It was big. So big! Bigger than if Hanbao stood on my head!🎄

Mamama said Hanbao couldn’t stand on my head.

We looked at all the pretty sparkly windows for a while. When we were done, we walked back up the big hill. It took a long time! Mamama had to take a break when we got to the top. Me and Hanbao watched cable cars go by.

At the hotel, Mamama said to get dressed in fancy pants for dinner. We got to order a big choco dessert! 🍫

Mamama had a pink drink and talked to her friend 🍸 Mamama can talk a lot. When the restaurant closed, we all walked back down the big hill to the train station. The train here is called Mister BART.

The big tree was so sparkly and pretty at night! 🌟

After dropping off jiejie we had to walk back up the big hill again. Mamama said a bad word when she looked up at it! 😮😮😮 she wanted to stop, but we told her to keep walking. Jiayou Mamama! Stay strong! 💪

When we finally made it back to the hotel, the nice jiejie there had left me and Hanbao some treats! 🍫

Mamama said to get some good sleep since we have a big day tomorrow! We’re flying on a big plane across the ocean 🛫

This jiangshi, or hopping vampire outfit, like the Zombie Bunny one, had too many pieces to be contained in one bag.

6 pieces came in the Strange Meow set. You'll see later that I added on the earring from the Zombie Bunny costume, since Zhehan is the one that wears earrings. Made all kinds of sense to me!

Here's the back of all these cute pieces.

First up, we have Hanbao showing off his frilly knickers!

Hanbao, as always, fills out his clothes extremely well. I'm always a little bit worried with non-fandom clothes that aren't designed for the healthy proportions of these cuties. But, it (mostly) all fit really well!

A wonderful part of this costume is the asymmetrical doll shoes! We have a bronzed ornament and a burgundy satin band on one slipper, and a tall boot on the other. The boot has a white ribbon tying down a fulu, a sealing talisman.

You can see the ruffle on his knickers tends to float up - I'll need to steam this when I have a minute.

Here we have his brocade top, with the same patterned satin as his shoes, and with the same bronze ornament as on his right slipper. It's beautiful! I love the long sleeves on these costumes.

You'll see the ends of the velcro here where I couldn't quite attach them over our delightfully chonky boy. No matter! You'll see this is not a big deal at all, because...

..his asymmetrical tunic covers it up! I really love how this outfit is designed - you can still see the bronze ornament on his shirt and slipper, but you get a little bit of the frill on the knickers, and a nice view of the talisman-ed boot. The tunic also comes with the red bows on the sides and the pretty beaded chain.

The tunic fits just fine, no problems velcro-ing this up at all.

And here he is with his cat ears, complete with classic yellow fulu on the red bows under each ear. Too cute!

I also fastened the jingle-belled bow on the back of the costume.

Here's a closeup of the Strange Meow cat patch on his tunic, matching the Bunny Zombie on Junbaobao's jacket! You can also see I attached his earring here. Let me get a better shot of it:

There was just one earring in the Bunny Zombie costume. I gently pulled apart the golden ring there at the top, and slid it over his ear. It holds just fine. I think it looks perfect with this costume, and you can see it even matches the golden tassle on his necklace.

I like the little paws on them, they're just too adorable.

I was trying to get both of their sleeves in, but my white background just wasn't big enough. But, you get the double cuteness just fine!

The second I saw this costume set listed I knew I had to have it. I love holiday themed things, they're so fun. Growing up, my mom had a hutch display that she would decorate for each holiday, with her little dolls and teddy bears all dressed up. I always thought as an adult I would have a holiday hutch too, not realizing now much work it is to festively think out and arrange an area every year. Sadly, it never happened. But now, I am certainly accruing enough bao outfits to easily do so!

Unfortunately, because of the tremendous detail and excessive cuteness of this set, the 30-photo limit per post is not allowing me to do both costumes together. Not in the level of detail I want to, anyway. So today is Part One, Zombie Bunny. Come back tomorrow for Part Two, Strange Meow!

Adorable even on these random dolls! I could only imagine how cute they would look on the baos. The name of the listing only solidified it - Zombie Bunny and Strange Meow. Any cat themed outfit could be only be destined for a Hanbao! Junbaobao is cute enough to be anything, he can certainly be a bunny zombie!

I bought this set back in May, thinking I was leaving ample time for it to arrive in time for Halloween, but I will tell you it just arrived at home here in mid-October. Not much time to spare! I'm really happy it got here in time, because it is SO CUTE.

The two outfits were sold separately. Each one had so many pieces they came in two separate bags!

We're going to start with my Junbaobao due to my total obsession with this doll and his zombie bunny costume. Technically, this costume is not a zombie but a jiangshi, an undead hopping vampire. So, the bunny aspect is quite apropos!

Here's the front of the full 6-piece set. I actually saved the earring for Hanbao, because we all know who wears earrings around here, and it's not Junjun.

And here's the back! The detail on all of this is just lovely, I can't wait for you to see the closeups.

Awww our little man, looking ADORABLE. The little jingle bell bows on his pants came pre-tied, thankfully. Oops, I see i didn't arrange one of the bows correctly so it laid flat. It does, you'll see it later.

I took a side shot here so you could see the slashed color inset - such a nice touch! The material is indeed pearly and shimmery.

And the back. I'm always a bit worried about clothes fitting over the chonky bao proportions, but the pants went on just fine.

Here we have him with the little shoes - I love the gold ginkgo ornaments!

Ah you can really see the golden opalescence in the pants fabric here.

Here he is with the bunny top. So cute! As you can see, he's showing off a sliver of tummy here. You can also see I finally smoothed the other bow down, but I forgot to smooth down the ginkgo ornaments!

It was a little bit of a squeeze, but I got him into the top!

Now we have the collar. the purple ribbons there are wired, so you can move them around as you see fit. So I'm going to point out here that the actual look for this outfit, as shown in the sales pic, is for the collar to be turned the other way around, which shows off the zombie bunny patch, and allows for the purple ribbons to wrap around his arms (and so the puff is his bunny tail!). I actually really like it this way because I like the ribbons doing fun things like this, but, it's the wrong way, so back it goes.

He's so cute, I can't even stand it.

And the little cottontail! It is indeed very cute like this.

And here is the whole costume (minus the earring)! I love it.

Here's a shot of the clasp - you just slide the flower circle sideways into the clasp opening, and then turn it flat again to close it. It's beautiful, and you can see some of the nice embroidery here. The brocade is stiffened, so you have a nice shape to the collar.

Here's a close up shot of the bunny patch on his little jacket and the pretty ornament on his necklace. As an extra bonus, you get a little peek of bao belly! MAY I also say it's an entirely cute zoom in of Junbaobao's perfect, perfect face. Gong Jun the person is gorgeous, but his bao counterpart isn't any less so!

Oops, I could have pulled his hat down a little in back. It fits very nicely, actually.
