Origin: Parker is the abandoned daughter of Team Rocket Executive, Archer as a failed attempt to 'Raise his own Team Rocket'. Parker is later found by Jessie and subsequently adopted into the Ketchum family. Personality: A Deeply autistic kid, who can't talk and has simple emotional cues-you do something silly, she laughs. you have a fight with someone, she thinks it's her fault- She Can't wear any shirt that doesn't have an 'R' on it or else she starts Crying.

I FINALLY FINISHED IT!

This has been so fun to work on for as long as I have! Of course I have to give a lot of credit to my bathroom, its wet cleansing properties have helped me figure out how I really wanted this story to go.

I'm not done yet though! I don’t think many people have done a "what if the Ketchums were part of Team Rocket" thing, and I'm not going to leave this as just a oneshot.

I don't know why I'm surprised to learn Jessie is not her Japanese name, I knew about the localization changes. Maybe it's FF7 Jessie...? Surely they're both ジェシー, right??
