This is the final cut, because I found the ending, so yeah, I'm too bored to solve the other codes, sorry everyone. But this is all I've gotten so far and since I'll start working from tomorrow, I won't have time for this, so yeah, this is my final post on this unless someone adds something.
Thumbnail: Color code - KEY AMERICAN DREAM
When used on hidden letters on the thumbnail the Vigenere cipher is translated to HTTPS COLON SLASH SLASH TINYURL DOT COM SLASH NABERIUS CREEK HIGH SCHOOL which is this website. There, when you click on athletics and academics it leads you to this page which has a glitchy gif. The gif has a barcode, and when scanned it leads to this site.

Buy Gold: Caesar cipher Proverbs number 22:7, which is the Bible verse: "The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender."

There is a QR code that flashes during the second half of the video, but I forgot to take a precise timestamp and now I don't know where exactly to find it, but it leads to this website. You need a password. The password is the sticky note on the top of the laptop, all caps FEELING GOLD. Inside is a photo of Hana's room, very glitched. The hex codes attached to paper cranes are a color code which spells: INDOCTRINATE.
Also during one flash (that I also forgot to mark down) there appears this name Sylvia Angelico Phertigo. I at first didn't think anything of it, but after solving the Google Forms quiz from the pinned comment on the video, I got access to all power point presentations! The last slide said "HIYA KIDS, SYLVIA WILL BE RESPONDING TO EMAILS AND UPDATING HER BLOG BY 3 P.M. EVERY DAY FROM 3/28/26-1/4/26", so I googled the name and found the blog! There is so much cool Naberius Creek lore here, I highly recommend you check it out! Also, if you click on Search bar in the upper right corner and search Bill, you can read e-mails that the Pines family sent to Sylvia from Naberius Creek :D
On the blog there is an ad for TBOB which has a Caesar cipher which when decoded says "Nice try, guys! But Sylvia will be my ppuppet by the end of this week!"
Now, I figured this out by fine-tuning the Vigenere 26x26 square, but you don't have to do that if you're in the USA, you can just call the number on the missing person poster of Marcus Beddington. There will be a Morse code "comeandfindme" which is the key for Vigenere cipher of the website linked on top after you finish the Google Forms quiz. The site leads to a Youtube channel CiphertologyInduction

Fourth video is Bill playing Minecraft (not the meme). Key is freeme and Vigenere deciphered says SITEslashPASSWORDIN
Fifth video is LoFi and in it is a Morse code which spells studythebook, which is the key to the last Vigenere in the description which is THEPACKETDUETHISWEEK.

Now, the password to this one I can't solve, but I know how it's solved. On the worksheet packet that you get in PDF, there is a code made out of the rectangles on the sides. They are roman numerals and, I believe that they for a book cipher. But I cannot for the love of me figure out how to put the text in this cursed pdf to Word or anything, some text is in png and I'm too lazy to type it out manually, so if somebody can do it, I'll give you solved Roman numerals for the book cipher:

My theory is that each color represents a separate word. But my thoery was wrong! Thanks to a small hint by @fordtato I finally have the answer, they are codes for RGB colors which when combined form a color cipher that says "interest" and that is the password for the second QR code. It opens to a website for which you'll need a solved crossword puzzle and once you find the secret sentence, you put it in the [] section of the website address and you'll find the box!
That pdf also contains hidden messages from Bill, written in white. They are:

Lastly, I cheated a bit and checked @mothleee who found the box in the woods and linked the drive folder of it. In there there's a whole bunch of fun stuff, including The Great Gatsby book with annotations from Bill, all Hana's diary pages, many gifs from the video and all other sorts of fun things! One of them is a page of the worksheet with the rectangles that represent Roman numerals which when decoded in A1Z26 cipher say "This power point has no codes".
There are also additional assets on a different Google Drive (@fordtato please tell me if it's ok to link that file) and I think there was the last part of the puzzle. It's a Vigenere cipher, key is on the last page of The Great Gatsby under UV light and it says "reportcard". When the Vigenere is decoded it says: almostdonehttpscolonslashslashtinyurldotcomslashendoftheyellowbrickroad which is another drive folder (again asking @fordtato if I can post the link) which contains bloopers with Alex Hirsch and goodbye message. So I think that's the end?
But I would kill to learn how to solve the book cipher with Roman numerals, so if anyone is able to do that, please tell me, I want to see the protected website soooooo bad!
