hello i was finally able to afford an eye exam and now i would like to get some glasses. I removed all the fancy optionals for it except basic anti fingerprint coating; itd be like $8 more to get it within 10 to 14 days or unfortch like $20 for seven days (which would be. so goddamn ideal im tired of having no vision)

anyway if u can help me out that would be great. My eyes r suffering and I am having p regular headaches bc I haven't had a reliable or updated prescription in like 4 years. i have precisely $0 to my stupid name

it’s 8:30pm EST on a tuesday night and i am bored

what do i do? just keep in mind i DO have work tomorrow at 7am

play around with all of the random / unused makeup i keep buying? finally start my youtube channel? go to walmart? other?

Any of my followers in the States have any cool vacation ideas/know of fun things to do for a few days?

The husband and I might potentially have a few days free and we can't agree on a spot. (Or, more accurately, can't narrow down our choices. Lol) We live in Southern California, so we're obviously tempted by the ease of the beach - but we visit with fair frequency, so we're leaving that on the shelf rn.

Stipulations:

Disability. If there's a lot of walking involved, there would need to be wheelchair access.

Finances. We can afford a trip, but are not willing to sell our kidneys to make it super luxe. Lol.

Time. At the most, we'll have four days, and are good with staying in two places (maybe) but don't want to be traveling the entire time. *scratches off drive up the coast*

We've considered, so far:

New York (but have no fucking clue what we'd do there, really. Lol. Lots of walking there).

New Orleans. (Same.)

Boston. (Are you sensing a theme?)

Lake Tahoe.

Seattle.

Vegas (Good option. But driving through Death Valley in the middle of June/July? 😱😣)

Utah. (HIS PICK OMG. No offense to Utah but I don't particularly want to go looking for dinosaur bones. I'm only putting it on here to be fair.)

And, of course,

.....

Universal Studios, Orlando Fl. (Which. I mean. 😭😭. But flight+hotel+tickets+incidentals (ie, food and the many things I would end up buying there) might be pushing it.)

Weve been to some of these places (either singly or together), and I'm wholeheartedly open to suggestions any seasoned traveler/local wants to make - reasons why any of the places on our list should be discarded/investigated further. Lol. Especially if no one's offended if we ultimately don't take any of them and end up going to the beach. 😂
