While I love normal "fertile" half-elves as much as the next guy there's something very underutilized in sterile half-elves like in all cross species hybrids.I do love the dimishing elven greateness and not fiting in between either group with traditional half-elves but there's so many unexplored opportunities with sterile ones. The ethics question of ouliving your parents by a magnitude of their lifte whilst also having a parent that'll do the same to you in normal half-elves but put too x100.
What if your love results in a person that'll outlive all those that aren't like themselves and without the ability to make a biological family (More found family plots).
Will there be mad kings that attempt to make a eugenics program of half-elven supersoldiers that outlive his dynasty? Will there be towns full of half-elves that is eternelly populated by the same 100 people?
The only media I can think that somehow explored it is Dungeon Meshi but I hope to find more that do so
