headcanon that the kind of glitches thar were happening in oblivion are perfectly normal for Cyrodiil and so people who were born there do tend to just glitch that way
I say this because it is very funny to imagine General Tullius getting stuck in a door, melting into a horrific amalgamation of armour and limbs only for him to slam violently into the floor and just get up like nothing happened. This is normal. Day to day. Hadvar is horrified.
