I know it’s Wednesday.......
Had Mexican breakfast tacos
2-3 eggs, spinach, jalapeños, red pepper, Mexican cheeses on corn+wheat tortillas. Added some Chile pepper, roasted corn salsa, and guacamole mmmmmm.
Currently sipping on my protein shake post legs+glutes. Really loving the 45 minute workouts. Definitely a sweet spot for the perfect amount of exertion without going overboard and burning myself out.
Superrrrrrr busy this week and next with CORE. We have the business development workshop Friday where we present 27 slides and then next week is 4 midterms🥺 all I want to do is shower, cook, and get into bed ! At the end of it all though I’ll be going apple picking with my friends so I have that to look forward to. Thankful for my schedule with the gym and nutrition for giving me the energy and motivation I need to grind right now👍🏼 Never have been so full of energy during midterms⭐️
