Unspoken gym rules 🤫
These rules are less obvious than things like “put your weights away”. So we’d rather letting you know instead of having you train in a hostile environment without knowing why 🤔

It’s good to have carbs before you work out to give you energy and then protein after to help build muscle
Pre- workout:
-Rice cake w/ peanut butter and banana
-Rice Krispy treat
-Uncrustable
-Cliff bar
-Peanut butter toast (or any nut butter)
-Dates (by themselves or with nut butter)
-Cereal
-granola bars
-Energy Drink (not on an empty stomach, eat something with carbs)
Post- workout:
-Protein Shake
-Protein bar
-Cheese stick
-Yogurt
-meat
-Eggs
Okay. Silly question, but we're moots so imma ask.
Any advice for someone who wants to start working out, and is too nervous to go to a gym by herself?
for starters, completely valid question
remember that everyone is in the gym for the same reason as you and they started with the exact same nervousness you feel. you’ll get used to it within the first few days. get yourself comfortable, feel confident, get gym clothes that make you feel confident.
mouth the words to your songs helps (me anyway) because you see people looking at you but in the moment you’re too locked in to give a fuck

Shuffle step combo you NEED in your arsenal 🔥
Hiii. Long time no posting.
Today I attempted the bw sissy squat for the second time in my life. Technique will improve since I plan on keep practicing but I just wanted to share it on here.
If you have done it, do you have any tips?
Philosophical lessons to learn from the gym/working out:
1. Failure can lead to growth.
2. Great things are built over time with consistency.
3. Change is uncomfortable but it's necessary for growth.
4. What you do when people aren't watching is more important than what you do when they are watching.
5. If you want it badly enough, you'll find a way.
