A perfect way to relax after the long week, and often one of your only chances to have hours to spend in just his company. These nights are the ones you wouldn’t give up for anything. 

You’ve already done the face-masks, giggling while trying to line them up perfectly on each other's faces. You even cut up cucumbers—more for the fun than actual benefit—although perhaps they also turned into a snack when your boyfriend managed to catch a slice into his mouth after it fell off his eyelid. Now you’re playing around with all your different tools for skincare—creams and serums enough to fill an entire drawer. You justify it by the fact that you share your collection with Gunwook. Although perhaps it’s getting to be a bit of a spending problem.

He’d be offended if you ever suggested stopping, though. He loves testing new products during skincare night almost as much as the night itself. Rating them on an entirely arbitrary scale, giving each product only the most specific mark to the thousandth decimal. You have your small pile of favourites than you're using tonight, not ready to risk something new after a week so exhausting. You want the familiarity of this routine to soothe you as much as possible, so you'll stick to what you know best.

Gunwook has an extreme case of the giggles tonight, which you’ve noticed over the past hour with an endearing gaze. It started when you first walked through the door, of course. After he pinned you against the wall to kiss you senseless you both couldn’t stop laughing. It had been far too long since you’d been over—work too busy for you to catch a break—and Gunwook knows how to get the most out of the time.

The matching pyjamas he picked out were put on amidst breathless giggles when Gunwook kept fumbling with your buttons. He didn't seem to realize that you kept accidentally undoing the bottom ones so he had more work to do. It was a little excuse to keep him close. You missed his scent. Missed his laughter. Missed his starry eyes looking at you like you're the queen of his universe.

You probably give him the same look back as you admire every curve and dip of his face. You've never studied someone this closely. Never enough to take the time to brush back their eyebrow hairs into place, to gently rub a moisturizer to their cheek, to share your lip balm with them by way of kisses. But Gunwook gets all your special treatment, and you couldn't imagine anyone else being the object of your affection. You only want it to be him till the end of time.
