SEDICIM (coming from a typo of the Roman word for 16) is an organization created in 2124 by ANIMA to handle the practical missions and all around busy work. Being a lot more decentralized than ANIMA, they are made up of 4 major branches, which can be found on their logo.

In 2125 they simplified their logo to save on paints and printing materials that became scarce after the event.

(One extra note, the south African branch of sedicm is not represented the logo as they joined after the redesign)

Couldn't find it on Mason Lindroths tumblr, but it was on the Hylics wiki. The top of the space monster reminded me of the helmet wearing individual with the tall boots. I don't know what they're called. There weren't any names listed on the wiki
