Ranking Guardianview villains from least to most evil
There are a lot of villains in this AU. Some are definitely more evil than others, though. So here they are from the actually kind of heroic to the irredeemably villainous!
This will only be counting Villains based on actual Dandy's World toons. OCs will not be counted for this list because there are too many. Redeemed villains like Vee will not count. Also this is inspired by WickedBinge on YouTube.
He's the only "villain" on this list to actually have done nothing wrong! He only counts because he is associated with Shrimpo. Finn accidentally broke into a government facility when he was out for a swim, and as a result, tragically witnessed all of his family and friends being shot down for fear he would tell them and was probably given the life sentence in prison. The real villains here are those government agents.
Tragedy is, from what little we know about them, a third to Razzle and Dazzle. They are lower than Finn because they did trap people in a pocket dimension, but it was by accident, and they seem to have got out unharmed. The only reason why they are like this is because of their family trying to separate Razzle from Dazzle against their wills, and while the details are not clear, it's safe to assume it wasn't pretty. Even Astro, the hero assigned to stop them, recognizes that Tragedy is really just a depressed toon that needs help.
Boxten is basically JUST Dr. Doofenshmirtz, and can be compared to other Saturday morning cartoon villains. He makes crazy inventions to do silly crimes with, gets defeated and arrested, only to return next week. He's this high on the list because he actually used to be a hero, before getting left to die by the then-villainous Vee. He actually partly twisted after getting beat within an inch of his life, but managed to reverse it purely by, and I quote, "The kindness in his heart." It’s also implied that the only reason he does these petty crimes is because of his messed-up mind as a side effect from said twisting. Honestly, if I was him, I'd do way worse things as a villain, so for actually having self-control, he places here.
It is safe to say that Cosmo does count for this list, but the reason he's only here is due to lack of information. All his crimes SEEM to only be petty things to bug Sprout with, with the most insane thing listed being the occasional bank robbery. When he's not doing them, he's actually helping people as a doctor. Kind of ironic that he's a better person than the hero trying to catch him.
Connie is little more than a henchman to Brightney. Still, seeing as Brightney is the head of a massive corporation, Connie’s probably been made to do a lot of bad stuff! She’s not lower because she’s more of an unwitting puppet in this situation. The gist of it is, Brightney has the thing that keeps Connie alive, and if she doesn’t do what she’s asked, the thingy probably gets dropped several stories to the ground. Plus Connie only gets 8 bucks a month! So while she’s probably done bad stuff, it’s certainly not out of her own free will.
Yatta is described as being “Just silly” by non-canon Gigi, and that’s the most perfect description I’ve ever heard. Yatta is our first villain to do her work in Shirelock, which automatically moved her down a few slots because crime is as abundant there as mosquitoes in summer. This is also another character that has little to no clarity on WHAT they actually do, but since Yatta appears to be the nicest of the Circus Trio, I’ll place her here.
Basically the same as Yatta except he’s a bit meaner and was the main rival to Chloe so he’s lower down.
The same as Yatta and Looey, but he gets lower because some text implies that he’s killed at least once.
While nothing implies any murder, Shrimpo did flatten an entire city and punches holes into mountains as a HOBBY. Thankfully, nothing worse is known. But an entire city is a LOT of destruction, and probably left at least thousands homeless and jobless, so until more information is out, this is his placement.
As much as it hurts my Gigi-loving heart, she deserves to be this low. She’s a crime boss, responsible for a lot of the illegal activity in Shirelock. And there’s a lot, including despicable crimes that deserve a life sentence at least. Would you believe me if I said that there’s worse?
I spent a lot of time trying to figure out if Bassie or Brightney was worse. I eventually settled on this.
Brightney’s the CEO of a large scale company. Her main enemy is Shelly, who has the ability to bring dinosaurs to life. Brightney wants to exploit the dinosaurs for profit, despite them being now-living things with thoughts and feelings.
Aside from that, she’s also holding poor Connie hostage, and insists that she do her bidding or die. Connie does get paid at least- 8 BUCKS A MONTH. This is a serious crime, and chances are she’ll get away with it. Despicable.
Bassie, like Brightney, is the head of a big corporation. That automatically makes her evil. But besides that, she wants to kill the hero Morning Star. She has a few reasons, but they all come from jealousy that she wasn’t allowed to join the big-shot hero league.
So she made a clone of Morning Star to fight him with. The not-counted clone’s name is Sunny, and while he’s a little head empty, he is fully sentient. It can easily be assumed that he’s subject to poor treatment based on what we know of Bassie’s character.
But there’s one that’s even worse. That makes all others pale in comparison.
Brusha is the creator of BerryBlitz. What’s BerryBlitz, you ask?
They’re a messed up clone of Berryfast, made of the cobbled-together souls of the people he killed.
They’re in endless suffering and pain, and those innocent souls won’t ever feel free until Berryfast dies by their hands. Which almost certainly will not happen.
Brusha did this. She could have let them rest. But just because SHE wanted justice, she did something far worse than other villains could ever dream of.
And here’s the kicker. THIS ISN’T THE FIRST TIME.
God knows how many innocent souls are trapped in hell, a fate worse than death, all because of her.
And all by a toon that I actually LIKE in canon.
