I made two slightly different versions of what's called a gastrostomy tube, otherwise known as a G- Tube! It is a tattoo, BASE GAME compatible, available for any gender, and attached via an ankle tattoo. One swatch is placed slightly higher than another, per request from several people with these tubes! These friends were even kind enough to provide reference photos to help represent in Sims!

It’s a grainy video with unflattering views but I do not care because Emma took steps on her own today and our therapist was able to capture them on our telehealth session!!!! This has been something we’ve been working on for over 2 years and today Emma decided it was time to 1) Stand Unassisted for 3+ minutes (multiple times) and 2) Take Unassisted Steps (multiple times)!! I am unbelievably proud of this girl and her resilience. Today was a bad pain day. Today a stranger shook her cane at me for parking in an accessible spot - with a permit. Today I showed this stranger my feeding tube, ostomy bag and IVAD port-a-cath in said parking lot. She kept mentioning that I was “young and beautiful though” to which I replied “disability does not discriminate”. Invisible illness is valid. Mic drop.

Asking now for prayers for Isaac. I mean he always needs them and so do we but today he doesn’t seem to feel well. Maybe he’s picked up a stomach bug from school or maybe an ear ache. Or maybe he was just constipated. He has been not sleeping well off and on which has been attributed to his reflect integration therapy which is changing how his brain communicates to his body. We have seen good intentional communication which also results in some toddler like tantrums. He is not eating as well orally and today refused snack and school and fought lunch at home. We can tube in his food which usually he is fine but afterwards he ended up throwing it up. Might of just been a chain reaction as he’s pushing 💩 out, he threw up and then did it again. We stopped more from happening as we can “burp” him through his gtube or even take food out of his stomach too. We got him some bone broth and a blends tube food and gave some slowly. Gave some homeopathic remedies which hopefully helps any pain and signals his body to fight off whatever it is.
