I suppose honesty is something I'm always striving for you know. That’s really important to me. With that comes things like authenticity and stuff like that. But I think where I feel proud of myself, and especially with this record, is... there was a feeling… and I want … to experiment and do something a little bit different, and that obviously takes confidence. So yeah that makes me really proud. I suppose honesty would be how I would love to be defined as an artist.

About to turn 34, Lois Tomlinson has reached a new phase of his career. After years as a member of the boyband One Direction and with a consolidated solo career, the singer is about to release "How Did I Get Here?", his third studio album.
During a press conference with the Latin American press last Wednesday (1.10.25), the British musician opened his heart about what to expect from his new phase, in addition to reflecting on his career. In a directed response to gshow, Louis stated that he feels proud of the professional he has become over the years and defines himself as an honest artist.
For the singer, who has accumulated more than 15 years on the road, demonstrating his talent honestly implies trying new ways to make different songs. And, with that, feel proud of the career you have tracked so far.
"I think I feel proud of all this, especially for all these years of work. Now [with this album], there was a feeling and a desire to do something a little different. And that obviously takes confidence, which makes me really proud. But I believe I want to be defined as an honest musician," Louis said.
Over a little more than 40 minutes, the musician gave details of what to expect from his new album and how he defines the project, for which he has a huge affection. In addition, Louis also responded about a possible tour in Latin America to promote the album that, according to him, should happen in the very near future.
