Lately I’ve found myself admitting how afraid I am of how fat I’m getting, how dependent on food I’ve become, and how much control it seems to have over me. You’d think those thoughts would make me stop, but somehow they never do. I still end up reaching for more, stuffing myself even when I know exactly where it’s leading.
