some background for the comic (though its not really necessary): This would be set during the events of Silksong in Hallownest, after Embrace the Void in which the Hollow Knight survives. Grimm (either a grown-up Grimmchild or normal Grimm, doesn't change much either way) has been keeping Hollow company while Hornet is gone, hence this conversation. The reason Hollow doesn't appear too worried for Hornet in this comic is because they're not aware of her kidnapping, as it's normal for her to be gone for long periods of time.
I love them so much aughhhh. Firm believer in baby Hornet naming Hollow it’s just so peak.
